Very clean. Attention to details, like cabinet cushions to keep your neighbor from hearing you slam them. : ) The walls are thin and I can hear a lot from my downstairs neighbor, but it is not so bad. Kind of nice to know someone is there actually. Very attentive to and responsive to custodial needs. Great night patrol.

I love it here. It is quiet. The neighbors are great. The office staff is excellent and will help you whenever you need them. Maintenance is courteous and helpful.

We have been living here for about a month and a half and so far it's been great! The staff in the office are amazing! The maintenance staff is wonderful and so quick respond to things that need to be fixed! The only complaint I have is the flooring. The rugs are not good quality and look dirty even if they are not. Some of the flooring is loose and apparently my downstairs neighbor can hear our walking even if just walking normally. other than that it's been great!

Very pleasant. The staff is the best. They go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of. All the maintenance personal are fast to respond to any problems and see to it that the problem is taken care of. The staff in the from officer are wonderful and friendly and also see to it that you are taken care of.

Very good. I love the safety aspect and the quality of the staff. I would advise residents to adhere to the 5 mph hour signs; someone *passed* me as I was about to turn into the mailboxes. That driver, tailed by another driver, was going about 35 or 40 and gaining speed. The patrol driver must have seen it because he drove after them 30 seconds later. This is a rare occurrence. The community is very friendly and I love the lawn decorations outside the office. Thank you for all you do.

I would tell them that i always feel safe even when returning home at night especially due to courtesy patrol.

Very nice apartment living. Even though it is relatively close to the university, the complex still offers quiet living.
